Discovery
We performed extended workshops with all levels of user types and leadership uncovered real organizational needs that could be met with improved software.
Key stakeholders contributed feedback and current pain points that allowed us to quickly plan and prototype a comprehensive solution to address the issues they were facing daily.
Strategy
Portable and modular design components in the form of 'cards' provide users with a dashboard-type overview and a simple way to drill into the information desired.
This hierarchical structure was based on one used most frequently by the branches with the highest productivity.
Data is revealed progressively to match the order of client interactions, from quick lookups to in-depth consulting sessions.
Execution
Initially, cards will show items needing user action but content will build over time to include service status and contact information.
The integrated infrastructure facilitates assignments from helping develop a better informed understanding of costs and creating initiations through fulfillment of related services such as tax compliance.
